CUSTOM DESIGN
The very first step is for S3 to understand your vision, and how we can make it work within your home and lifestyle. This starts with an S3 designer coming into your home and working with you to design the perfect system. Then, using our proprietary software, we’ll work with your architect and builder and upload their drawings so we’re designing with the exact same plans. This lets us work out every detail long before any holes are drilled or wires are strung.
ENGINEERING
Our engineering software allows us to pre-program every piece of hardware in your system with a custom interface, tailoring it all for your specific needs, and making sure it all works together before it ever leaves our warehouse. This is the key to seamless integration and flawless performance.
INSTALLATION
Once designed and programmed, your S3 home entertainment and automation system will be installed in about three weeks. We’re able to work this quickly because everything is pre-programmed, and also because we maintain millions of dollars in inventory. In addition, we’ve worked closely with your architect and builder, so there aren’t any surprises when we show up to install it.
By the time we leave your home, you’ll be comfortable with the operation of your simple touch screen remote, and have an entire binder with manuals and information on every product we’ve installed. You’ll also have comprehensive online support, with easy access to all of your product manuals.
A LASTING RELATIONSHIP
The installation of your digital home environment doesn’t mean the end of your relationship with S3. Because we’re a local company, we’re here to help you down the road with any questions or problems that may come up. In fact, the project manager assigned to your job will be the one you call if you have any questions, or want to upgrade any of your equipment.
We offer service and maintenance contracts to make sure your system works for you at all times. And having your entire system in our database makes trouble shooting or upgrading simple and efficient. Our goal is to make your digital home solution enhance your life, not complicate it.
